A complaint was recently filed to the Madison County Health Department regarding a Richmond restaurant not meeting health code expectations.
Following customer reports, an Environmentalist from the Health Department investigated the Eastern Bypass O’Charley’s location. Following the inspection, health department officials determined that the complaints were legitimate and that the restaurant had to close its doors in order to resolve the issues.
After a passing inspection and permission from the health authorities, O’Charleys will then be able to resume business as usual. The Madison County Health Department takes the health and safety of the community seriously.
