A motorcycle driver was injured after he lost control and laid the motorcycle down on Battlefield Memorial Highway near Monday Lane Tuesday morning August 23, 2022 around 9 a.m. Madison County Sheriff’s Department say the driver, 40 year old Roger Dustin Payne of Mount Vernon, was not wearing a helmet and suffered injuries and transported to UK with open facial fractures not considered life threatening.
