A woman in laurel county was arrested last Friday after she allegedly drove her child to school while under the influence. Reports state that Nikki Leann Hoskins age 26 drove her daughter to school at around 10:12 a.m. Friday morning where she was spotted to be intoxicated. When question by an officer Hoskins admitted to snorting methamphetamine, and using Neurontin and Suboxone the night before. Hoskins is facing charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence; wanton; driving on DUI suspended license; failure to use child restraint device in vehicle; failure to wear seat belts; and many other traffic violations.
