Kentucky State Police Post 11 is actively investigating the disappearance of a Wayne County juvenile who went missing from his residence around 11 pm on February 3rd of this year. KSP was contacted today regarding his disappearance.
The juvenile is 16-year-old Jason S. Woodworth of Monticello, KY. His mother last spoke to him at her residence on February 3rd around 11 pm on Davis Street in Monticello.
Woodworth is described as a white male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, with short blond hair and fair skin and blue eyes.
