“Kentucky Going Blue” is asking for people to hold a moment of silence this afternoon.
It is to remember Richmond police officer Daniel Ellis, who was killed on the job two years ago.
Ellis was shot while investigating a robbery in Richmond.
The moment of silence is set for 4:57 p.m., in honor of Ellis’ badge number.
