The Model Laboratory High School Mock Trial Team placed first at the Kentucky High School Mock Trial State Championships on Saturday.
Everett Parker-Noblitt (’21) and Serena White (’20) both won Top Witness awards; Shria Holla (’20) won the Top Attorney award. Model then faced Dixie Heights on Sunday in the Championship round.
The two top teams squared off to earn the opportunity to represent Kentucky at Nationals with Model coming out victorious. Model will represent Kentucky at the National Tournament May 6 – 9 in Evansville, Indiana.
