Kentucky State Police Post 11 has resolved a missing person case out of Wayne County. James Ray Allen Jr. of Crab Orchard had been missing since April 13, 2022, around 03:30 AM. Detective James Moore is conducted the investigation. Post 11 London Troopers located James Ray Allen Jr. safely in Berea, according to an updated press release issued this morning. The Golden Alert has been cancelled. |
