The Richmond Police Department announced earlier today that 15 year-old Christopher Vance, a previously missing teen, is safe and at home.
According to police, on the afternoon of November 25th, Vance texted his father, saying that he was spending time with friends and would return home later that day. Vance did not return home, and his father reported him missing.
