The London Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing Manchester man who is reported to be suffering from a traumatic brain injury as well as PTSD. Authorities report that 35-year-old William D. Wolfe was last seen by his mother around 3 a.m. this morning in the Saint Joseph London KentuckyOne Health parking lot. His mother told police Wolfe made a suicidal comment and said that he planned to hitchhike to Florida.
London police were called to assist but were unable to locate Wolfe. He is described as having an injured ankle, a tattoo of a cross on his right shoulder, brown hair, a goatee, and blue eyes.
Wolfe was last seen without a shirt on wearing black shorts and grey colored shoes. Anyone with information on Wolfe or his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
