UPDATE: 1:15PM Jan. 24, Authorities report Newland was located safe in the area of KY Route 595.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance with locating a missing juvenile.
James Newland, 14 years old of Richmond was last seen at his residence on Poosey Ridge Road in Richmond on January 23, 2023 around 4:30 p.m.
James is 5’8” tall and weighs around 125 lbs. He has blonde/light brown hair and blue eyes. James was last seen possibly wearing a hoodie, jeans and camouflage boots.
