The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation after a mother and her child found a suspicious looking container on County Farm Road near London.
When authorities determined that the container was a Meth HCL generator which still contained methamphetamine, they safely deconstructed the device.
An investigation is now underway to determine how the device arrived at that location. Citizens are encouraged to contact the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office if they find any similar items.
