This was the result of a multi-county police chase, where a woman was spotted going the wrong direction on 75.
The woman was allegedly driving the wrong way on i75 through several counties. When police pursued her, she eventually wrecked into a police cruiser on i64 near the split.
According to reports, she was allegedly suffering from a medical condition at the time while driving. Spike strips had to be deployed to stop her vehicle.
No injuries reported, and the case is under investigation.
