A Clay County jail is now on modified operations as a precaution after three employees fell mysteriously ill. According to reports, the staff members at the Federal Correction Institution in Manchester were working in the mailroom Monday when they all began to feel sick.
Officials with the Federal Bureau of Prisons report that they are not sure why the workers got sick, but a Hazmat team was brought in to assess the situation and quarantined the area.
