Danville Man Arrested In Connection to Possible Stabbing

At approximately 11:55 PM on Wednesday, Danville Police responded to 416 Seabiscuit Drive for a possible stabbing.

While en route to the scene, officers observed a red Jaguar passenger vehicle speeding away from the area and disregard a stop sign. They pulled the vehicle over to learn that the driver was 55 year old Michael Sheene of Danville.

When they arrived on scene at 416 Seabiscuit Drive, they found a male subject identified as Lawrence Jamison age 59 of Danville inside the apartment with multiple stab wounds.

Jamison identified Michael Sheene as the perpetrator who had stabbed him.

They placed Sheene under arrest and transported him to Danville Police Department and later to Boyle County Detention Center.

Jamison was taken to Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center by Boyle County EMS for medical treatment.

This case is currently still under investigation by the Danville Police Department. Sheene has been charged with Burglary 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, and Disregarding a Stop Sign.
