The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest from what they describe as a road rage incident that occurred on February 13, 2024. That’s when officers responded to a complaint on I-75 involving a Kroger tractor trailer and a Berea Independent school bus. The incident occurred around 10:30 at night.
Investigators say the Kroger truck driven by Noah Davenport “brake checked” the Berea Independent school bus occupied by several students causing extreme danger to the students on board.
The investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Davenport who surrendered himself on Monday March 11, 2024. Davenport, 39 years old of Louisville, was charged with 19 counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree.
The case remains under investigation by Deputy James Clark or the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
