A man was arrested for allegedly terrorizing people in public.
60-year-old Ricky Morgan of London was allegedly waving a knife at passing cars and people.
The incident happened on May 6, 2019 at around 7 P.M. Officials conducted an investigation and determined that he was under the influence.
Morgan was charged with second-degree public intoxication and second-degree disorderly conduct. He is currently being held at the Laurel County Detention Center.
