On Tuesday July 12th, 2022 Deputy Horn of the Madison County Sheriff’s office, served a criminal warrant of arrest on Jeffery Caudill in reference to an ongoing investigation.
The case stems from a call on June 14th, 2022 when Deputy Horn was dispatched to a call for service referencing threats that had been made to the employees of the Madison County Child Support Office, Madison County Attorney’s Office, Madison County Family Court, and a Madison County Family Court Judge.
On Tuesday July 12th, 2022 Mr. Jeffery Caudill was arrested and charged with the following:
• Intimidating a Participant In the Legal Process
• Terroristic Threatening, 3rd Degree
