The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested a man for causing a traffic hazard.
The incident occurred off Highway 1376, 8 miles north of London at around 11 P.M.
Debris were reportedly placed in the roadway causing a traffic hazard.
Police located concrete blocks, and broken pieces of two by fours in the roadway along with 29-year-old Kenneth Casteel sitting on one of the broken pieces of wood in the roadway.
Casteel reportedly took an aggressive stance with the police and began screaming at them, creating a disturbance.
Following a brief scuffle, Casteel was taken into custody.
Casteel was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree wanton endangerment, controlled substances public intoxication, and resisting arrest.
