A man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly being found huffing from a canister.
Police located 27-year-old Matthew Brown of Williamsburg in a green colored Toyota Camry parked in a business parking lot.
During the investigation, police found a canister of air duster that was cold to the touch and found Brown actively twitching and apparently under the influence.
Brown reportedly stated that he had been in the parking lot huffing several cans of air duster during the night after apparently purchasing the items from inside the business there.
Brown was charged with controlled substance public intoxication and first offense driving on DUI suspended license. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
