Madison Middles Wells impresses in Columbus Jiu Jitsu event victory

Natilee Wells, a 13-year-old student at Madison Middle School, proved herself as an emerging jiu-jitsu talent at F2W Columbus 238, the premier jiu-jitsu event, held in Columbus, Ohio on Friday night. The event showcased a series of high-level matches, with Natilee taking her place as match number 11 on a stacked card.

The crowd was in for an electrifying spectacle as Natilee’s bout unfolded. In the opening moments of her match, she came incredibly close to securing a victory with an arm bar, sending ripples of excitement through the audience. Her opponent, displaying remarkable defense, managed to escape the submission attempt, and the match continued.

Undeterred, Natilee demonstrated her exceptional skills by expertly transitioning to a mounted triangle, putting intense pressure on her opponent. However, just when it seemed that victory was within her grasp, an unexpected twist occurred. Natilee and her opponent rolled off the stage only to be caught by the referee, momentarily suspending the match.

With only seconds remaining on the reset, Natilee showcased her resilience and unwavering determination. She executed a flawless helicopter arm bar, securing an impressive victory.

Natilee’s victory at F2W Columbus 238 is a testament to her incredible talent, dedication, and perseverance in the world of jiu-jitsu. Natilee is a student and assistant instructor at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu in Richmond,
