Do you or someone you know experience significant loss in the New Year’s Day tornado that caused damage in parts of Madison County and parts of Estill County?
The Madison/Estill County Farm Service Agency is having a 60-day signup/enrollment period, now thru June 02 for the North Central and the North East part of Madison County. It is in reference to the EF-1 tornado that touched down January 1, 2022. This tornado had winds of approximately 90 mph and did damage to the Union City area, parts of Wilderness Road, Walker Parke Road, Brookstown Road and Union City Road before crossing into Western Estill County.
