The body of the Madison County woman that was found dead in a Richmond parking lot has been identified by County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison. 69-year old Brenda Duerson was discovered deceased early Monday morning in the parking lot of Pebblecreek Crossing Elderly Apartments in Richmond.
An autopsy is expected to be performed on Wednesday according to the Coroner, but as of now, they are treating this as a potential death due to cold weather.

Madison County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison tells WBON-TV9 a female was discovered deceased early Monday morning in the parking lot of Pebblecreek Crossing Elderly Apartments on Big Hill Avenue in Richmond.
The woman may have slipped between 2 vehicles last night and was undiscovered until just after 7 this morning, succumbing to exposure. Her body will be taken to Frankfort for an official autopsy.
This follows three additional winter related deaths confirmed over the weekend.
Governor Andy Beshear announced three deaths, a 73-year-old man in Ballard County, a 64-year-old man in Hart County and a 66-year-old man in Daviess County.
This morning Beshear confirmed another cold-weather death, a 75-year-old woman in Adair County.
The Richmond woman has not yet been identified, pending notification of family.
A large police presence was on the scene this morning including the Madison County Coroner, Richmond Fire Department and Richmond Police and Madison County EMS.
Richmond Police say no foul play is suspected.
