The Madison County Sheriff’s Office Investigation Unit announced today another arrest has been made stemming from a complaint of child sexual exploitation.
An online undercover investigation revealed a child exploitation video was uploaded to an electric service provider. The investigation revealed the account log in was connected to Derek Morgan Hahn.
Hahn, 36 years old of Richmond, was arrested yesterday morning, just after 9.
Hahn is charged with Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor over12, under 18, 1st Offense.
Hahn was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation by Detective Anthony Gatson.
