Early Monday March 21st, 2022 at around 1:30 a.m., Deputies with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office initiated traffic stops leading to the execution of a search warrant at 409 Turpin Drive Apt #2 at 0835 hours on this same date. Throughout the course of the investigation, the following persons were arrested:
Jim Rhorer:1. TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFF – (> OR = 2 GMS METHAMPHETAMINE) 2. TRAFF IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN)3. DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS
Kenneth Roberson: 1. TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFF – (> OR = 2 GMS METHAMPHETAMINE)2. TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST OFFENSE (CARFENTANIL OR FENTANYL DERIVATIVES) 3. DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS4. ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF LEGEND DRUG5. POSS CONT SUB, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED 6. POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG 1ST OFF (LSD)7. PRESCRIPTION CONT SUB NOT PROPER CONTAIN 1ST OFF
William Jones:1. TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFF – (> OR = 2 GMS METHAMPHETAMINE) 2. TRAFF IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN)3. TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE*Total Narcotics seized from traffic stops & execution of the search warrant: • 26.1 ggw of Methamphetamine • 8.8 ggw of Fentanyl • 3.6 ggw of fentanyl and heroin. Rhorer & Roberson will also be charged with promoting contraband, following the seizure of narcotics after subjects were booked at the Madison County Detention Center.
