The Madison County Sheriff’s Department recently responded to a call about a male subject walking on Irvine Road near the bingo hall.
The caller told police that the subject, Sean Zocklein, appeared to be intoxicated and jumping up and down near the roadway. The caller also alleged that Zocklein was performing flips as well.
When the officer arrived to Irvine Road, they observed Zocklein stumbling in the emergency lane near the road. According to the citation, he appeared to be under the influence and was not aware of how he arrived at his current location.
Authorities placed Zocklein under arrest after he allegedly refused medical treatment. He was charged with Public Intoxication.
