Area electric companies and linemen are going overtime to restore power in our region. Crews worked through the night to restore many areas.
Sadly, as more trees and limbs continue to give way under the ice stress, some areas have lost power repeatedly.
As of this hour, here’s the situation.KU reports 200 without power on a stretch of Concord Road, from Moberly Road to Lynn Brook Lane, 100 out in the Regency Court area.
Blue Grass Energy reporting nearly 1900 structures without power as of Tuesday morning, including parts of Barnes Mill, Newby, Crow Valley, Mule Shed, Bogie Mill Road.
Also many reported outages along Moran Summit, Walnut Meadow Road, Peggy Flats, along Richmond Road to Kirksville Road, and a long stretch of KY 21.
Both sides of South Dogwood is out, from Dogwood Circle to Buffalo Hollow Road.Other sporadic outages.Clark Energy 1600 out, including Boone Trail and Three Forks Road areas. Large part of Union City and Doylesville. College Hill to the river, including Oakley Wells, Bend and Flint Roads.
