Madison County Judge/Executive Reagan Taylor personally congratulated this year’s Children’s Champion art contest winner. Madison County government officials signed a proclamation in Fiscal Court supporting and encouraging everyone to be a Children’s Champion. The winner, pictured here with her winning art piece, is Kyley at White Hall Elementary.
She was chosen to have her artwork displayed all over Madison County and give her a proclamation of her own. Madison County Officials issued a congratulations and said it is great to see our young people “Rise Up and Shine!
