The Madison County Sheriff’s Office reportedly dispatched two deputies to 500 Garden Springs Drive in reference to an alleged domestic violence call.
According to the citation the caller advised authorities of 41 year old Jason Scrivner being allegedly mentally abusive. Upon arrival deputies approached Scrivner who allegedly started to flee from the deputies. A chase pursued until one of the deputies were able to bring Scrivner to the ground. Authorities report Scrivner forcibly resisting arrest and not complying with deputies verbally or physically.
According to the citation Scrivner attempted to get up causing a deputy to deploy his taser and perform a dry stun on Scrivner. Scrivner continued to allegedly resist officers forcing deputies to again perform another dry stun. Deputies managed to put Scrivner in handcuffs and he was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center on charges of Fleeing and Evading, Resisting Arrest, Menacing and Alcohol Intoxication.
