A Madison County man was arrested this week after he allegedly caused physical injury to a five year old. The warrant alleges that between August and November of last year, 29 year old Jeremiah Frank had been spanking a five year old. He also allegedly inflicted cuts and abrasions to a child in an attempt to discipline them.
Frank allegedly told police he was concerned that child services would be contacted had he mentioned the alleged abuse to them. He was arrested and taken to the detention center and charged with two counts of first degree criminal abuse of a child younger than 12.
