The Richmond Police Department responded to a call around the Lowery Heights area in Richmond this past weekend in regards to a male subject trespassing in a women’s living room.
The suspect, later identified as Justice Gardener was standing in the roadway at the intersection of Earleen Court and Lowery Heights when authorities arrived.
According to authorities, the suspect refused to speak after being read his Miranda Rights, and so he was transported to Madison County Detention Center.
The victim was interviewed further as well and according to the citation, she observed Gardener allegeldy sit on her couch, so she retrieved her firearm and reportedly held him at gunpoint until he left the residence.
Gardener was charged with Criminal Trespassing to the Second Degree.
