The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet today announced the Madison County Fiscal Court will receive $43,610 in County Road Aid emergency funds for slide repair on Pilot Knob Cemetery Road (CR 1149). These repairs will make travel safer for cars, school buses and other vehicles that rely upon this highway.
“The Transportation Cabinet is pleased to approve this request for funding to provide timely assistance to Boyle County to repair and maintain safe connections in the community,” said Transportation Secretary Jim Gray.
Pilot Knob Cemetery Road is located 0.549 miles west of US 421 at milepoint 1.175.
The Madison County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
