A deputy at Madison County Detention Center has been taken into custody and charged with 3rd Degree Sodomy (DOC, DJJ, Detention Facility). 22 year old Conor Ashton Gray was lodged into the Clark County Detention Center after noon today via Kentucky State Police.
According to the citation issued by Kentucky State Police, Deputy Gray allegedly engaged sexually with a female inmate who was at the hospital. The citation continues that the inmate escaped custody and was re-arrested earlier today. When returned to the hospital, the female victim, according to the report, attempted to incite sexual actions with Gray.
Upon speaking to police, the citation says that Gray reported that the inmate verbally and physically tried to engage with him sexually until he allegedly eventually engaged with her. He is lodged in the Clark County Detention Center.
