Madison County Animal Shelter captures long-time stray dog, begins rehab process

A local celebrity has been apprehended and put into custody, although it’s not the typical arrest story you might be thinking of. Recently, the Madison County Animal Shelter revealed that they finally captured a long time stray dog that had been roaming around Richmond.
