Madison Central dominated the MOCO All Comers Cross Country Meet on Saturday, with the Indians placing five runners in the top 10 on the boys side. Those included Peyron Ritchie, Easton Martin, Jake Bell, and Zachary Smith. William Morlen led the way for Madison Central, winning the boys race with a time of 17:55.
On the girls side, Madison Central placed two runners in the top 10. Alendra Ramirez led the Indians, finishing fifth with a time of 24:15, while Lilia Mullins finished seventh with a time of 25:01.
Two other local teams competed in the meet: Model Laboratory School and Red House Runners. Other participating teams included Bourbon County, Jackson County, Annville Christian Academy, Rowan County, Scott County, host Montgomery County and several others.
With strong performances from both the boys and girls teams, Madison Central made its presence known at the MOCO All Comers Meet.
