According to Kentucky Lottery officials, one person has won $200,000 after stopping at a Paris, KY gas station this past Saturday.
The $200,000 winning Powerball® ticket was sold from the drawing on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, and purchased at Estepp’s Friendly Shell.
The winning ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball winning $50,000, but the ticket added Power Play and with the multiplier being 4 times, the ticket quadrupled the winnings to $200,000.
Saturday night’s winning numbers were: 5 – 8 – 27 – 49 – 57 with a Powerball of 14.
The Kentucky Lottery advises winners who purchased their tickets at retail to sign the back of their tickets and keep them in a secure location. The winner of this ticket must claim their prize at lottery headquarters – 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville. Winners have 180 days to claim.
There was no winner of the estimated $209 million Powerball jackpot. The next drawing will take place Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026, at 11 p.m.
