A London man has been arrested following a burglary where he stole a dispenser containing scratch off tickets and proceeded to cash them in at multiple locations. The robbery occurred at S&M Market on KY-11 Wednesday morning. 27-year-old Wesley Ryan Hubbard took the stores whole container of Kentucky Lottery Scratch-Off tickets. Police identified Hubbard from the surveillance tapes of the stores where he cashed his tickets in. Hubbard is currently being charged with burglary and being lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
