According to an arrest warrant obtained by WBONTV, a Madison County man has been charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse of a minor.
The warrant states that 35-year-old Jordan Lothridge was arrested by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department yesterday, November 12th following an investigation by the Kentucky Department for Community-Based Services into “a risk of harm case.”
According to the warrant, the alleged sexual abuse occurred between June 10th, 2024 and June 10th, 2025.
Lothridge is booked in the Madison County Detention Center.
