**ORIGINAL STORY**
Local law officials, state police, EMS, and fire and rescue personnel are on the scene tonight in the 1200 block of Red Lick responding to a call of needed water rescue of a child. The latest information is the child has been located and is unresponsive. EMS is performing CPR and life saving measures on the child. The call came in around 8 p.m. this Sunday evening.
This is a developing story with an active scene with Madison County, Red Lick, Richmond Fire and local and state law enforcement all responding.
