A man was arrested in Lincoln County after allegedly attempting to meet up with a minor through text messages.
A concerned parent notified deputies in reference to messages that were discovered on his 12-year-old daughter’s phone.
58-year-old John Ault allegedly attempted to meet up with the 12 year old girl at the old Moreland Dollar store but instead was met by an undercover deputy.
Ault was arrested and charged with prohibited use of electronic communication system to procure minor for sex offense.
