A brother and sister duo were taken into custody recently in Richmond and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. According to the citation, officers saw a car with darkly tinted headlights at a gas station Tuesday, and was subsequently pulled over.
Upon a search of the car with 35 year old Roger Ingram and his sister Mary Gross, nearly 100 pills were discovered under the car seat. Both refused to give police answers as to who the pills belonged to, and therefore both were lodged in the detention center and charged with first degree controlled substance trafficking.
