Authorities are looking for a suspect in Richmond following a “shots fired” complaint that came in a little after 8 Monday morning.
A very large police presence, search dogs and a drone reportedly have been deployed in the area of Lassiter Street and Evansdale Avenue, near Smith Village Apartments. The area has been closed to traffic and citizens should be on alert.
