The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office is asking for any information regarding the whereabouts of a missing juvenile last seen on September 23.
16-year-old Kalia Powell was last seen near Line Creek Road, approximately six miles south of London, KY. Officials say they believe that Powell may have run away, and has not been seen since then.
