According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, an alert has been put out today regarding 15 year old Justin A. Francis who was last seen around 5 a.m. this morning.
Officials report that Francis’s last known location was off Davenport Lane, around 6 miles south of London. He is thought to be in a black Nissan Altima with plate umber 5122GK.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts or information on the teen is asked to contact the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office at 606-878-7000.
