The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Golden Alert for a missing man who has not been seen since early this morning.
According to authorities, Joseph Benge was last seen off Tom Cat Trail, five miles east of London. They report that Benge has mental disabilities and has been the subject of a previous Golden Alert in the county where he had gone missing from the same area last October.
