Investigators from the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office are currently searching for a missing juvenile who was last seen near London, KY early Sunday morning.
Police say that 13 year-old Jacob Phelps is a possible runaway and was last spotted on Farristown Road at 3 a.m. Phelps was wearing black jogging pants, a black hoodie, and orange/green shoes at the time.

**UPDATE: The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office announced at 9:44 a.m. on March 9th that Phelps has been located safe.
