TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO BE IN THE PARADE (without the $25.00 registration fee). Get your applications in by 4:00 pm! You can find them on Richmond Parks and Recreation website, at parks.richmond.ky.us, or at the office, located at 345 Lancaster Avenue.
