According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, lane closures will remain in effect this week in Richmond between Lancaster Avenue (milepoint 8.15) and Veterans Boulevard (milepoint 8.33).
Single lane closures (both westbound and eastbound) will continue this week, beginning at 8:00 am and concluding by approximately 4:00 pm each day this week to continue work on the pedway. These lanes will shift at various times throughout the day.
Tuesday, May 30 through Friday, June 2 – 8 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. daily
The Eastern Bypass/KY 876
- single lane closures will be in effect between Lancaster Avenue (milepoint 8.15) and Veterans Boulevard (milepoint 8.33)
- the lane closures will shift at various times during the days of work
- lanes closures will be both east and westbound
- motorists will be able to pass through the work zone
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
