Drivers who use KY 3356 (Stamper Branch Road) near Toliver in Wolfe County should prepare to use an alternate route on Monday, May 9.
The road will be closed near milepoint 4.0 for replacement of a drainage structure. Work will begin at 7:30 a.m. and should be completed by 4 p.m., weather permitting. The project location is near Clark Branch Road, approximately 0.2 miles south of the KY 1010 intersection.
No signed detour will be posted. Drivers can use KY 191 and KY 1010 through Hazel Green to bypass the closure. Other alternate routes are available.
In case of inclement weather, the closure will be postponed until another suitable date.
Fewer than 125 vehicles use this section of KY 3356 each day.
