According to KSP, a man that had walked away from work release from the Powell County Detention Center has been located.
On December 21st, Kentucky State Police, Post 8, Morehead was informed by the Powell County Detention Center an inmate, identified as Timothy Barnett walked away from supervised work release. 20-year-old Barnett, from Grant County, walked away at approximately 1:30 PM from the Powell County Transfer Station.
