Kentucky State Police Post 11 is actively investigating a missing person’s case involving Clay County child tonight.
The missing child is believed to have been taken by his non-custodial parents. Sarah Brumley and Dustin Gibson both of Clay County
Legend Gibson the child, is an 11-month-old with blond hair and blue eyes as shown in the feature photo.
Suspects were last known to be driving a white 2010 Lincoln MKZ.
